Helga is an enablement leader whose career began in sales as an Account Executive, where she discovered that her greatest impact came from helping others succeed. Driven by a passion for developing people, she found herself naturally coaching new sales professionals, helping them build skills and confidence more quickly. That "force multiplier" effect inspired her transition into enablement and continues to be the foundation of her work today. Known for stepping into gaps, connecting the dots, and building meaningful programs and experiences, Helga brings a people-first approach to every role she takes on. She believes that enablement and culture are deeply connected, both centered on equipping individuals to do their best work and ensuring their voices are represented where decisions are made. Throughout her career, Helga has been an active contributor to workplace culture, serving on and leading culture committees across multiple organizations. Most recently, she served as a culture lead for her company's Berlin office, helping foster engagement, connection, and an inclusive employee experience. Outside of work, Helga enjoys hiking, painting, training, and taking long walks, activities that reflect her curiosity, creativity, and appreciation for continuous growth.
