Marc Graebner began his career in 1988 at the Hotel Kempinski in Munich. Back then, he served food and drinks – today, he serves ideas on how to reshape the digital customer and employee journey. One thing he learned early: if the tip was good, the service was good, and the guest was satisfied. This focus on tangible value has guided him ever since. After completing evening school, he went on to study business and graduated as a Diplom-Kaufmann (equivalent to a Master’s in Business Administration). Following roles in different industries, Marc has been working in the SaaS space for more than 10 years, including positions at Salesforce, CallidusCloud, and SAP. Today, he is Senior Director Global Sales at Seismic. His mission: combining technology and human connection. AI delivers intelligence, but the decisive difference comes from real human interaction – because empathy and trust cannot be automated.
