Workshop: Design the SKO you would actually run
Every sales kickoff makes promises. 4 weeks later the behavior either exists or it does not, and the person holding that outcome is the frontline manager. This is a working session, so you will be doing most of it. We open with 5 minutes on what a kickoff is for, and the formats that carry it. Then you design. In groups, 20 minutes, with full liberty and no budget conversation: pick the top 3 sessions you would run, or build the day from scratch. Your call. Groups present for 10 minutes. We look at what every table put in, and what nobody did. I close with 10 minutes on the session that is missing from most agendas, and what it changes for the 11 months after. You leave with an agenda you designed, tested against a room of your peers. Bring your last kickoff agenda if you have it. You will want something to argue with.
