As LucaNet evolved into an international SaaS company, she played a key role in creating scalable, efficient operations to support a rapidly growing sales organization. In 2025, Viktoria transitioned fully into her true passionāsales enablement. Today, she leads a team of enablement managers and demo engineers, focused on equipping sales teams with the tools, training, and insights they need to succeed. Drawing on her deep experience in Sales Operations, Viktoria works closely with Revenue Operations team to ensure tight alignment and seamless execution across the entire go-to-market engine.
