Luca Mihaly drives Field Activation for the Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) GTM Acceleration team at Amazon Web Services. She owns enablement strategy for the Amazon Connect family of products, designs AI-powered global training programs, and builds measurement frameworks that tie field readiness to business outcomes. Over nearly six years at AWS, Luca has led field enablement for Startups and Financial Services, supporting 500+ sellers and solutions architects across motions tied to $9B+ in annual revenue. She has also facilitated Insights Discovery sessions for over 1,000 people at AWS, grounded in her belief that communication is the foundation of every high-performing team. Before AWS, Luca spent 12 years as a co-founder at Conductor, a SaaS organic marketing platform, rising from Account Manager to Senior Director of Learning and Development. She built the L&D function from scratch, launched competency-based performance management, and ran leadership development programs for 40+ managers. Luca holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University, is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and carries an AWS Generative AI certification. She is bilingual in English and Hungarian and volunteers as a Peer Navigator for FORCE, supporting families facing hereditary cancers.
