With over 15 years of experience, she’s known for building enablement functions from the ground up and translating complex products into practical, field-ready programs that actually stick. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—designing onboarding, messaging, and sales motions that not only make sense on paper, but drive real results in practice. Stephanie is also the author of Elevate & Optimize: The Enablement Maturity Journey and co-founder of The Enablement Squad, a global community for enablement professionals.
