Hackathon | Cracking the strategic alignment challenge in sales enablement
This interactive session seeks to tackle one of enablements most persistent challenges head on, aligning enablement initiatives strategically across leadership, sales, marketing, and operations. Participants will be presented with a case study designed to reflect the real-world complexity enablers face every day. After a brief introduction to the scenario, attendees will break into small roundtables where each group becomes an “enablement task force” responsible for solving the challenge. Teams will design a strategy to align enablement with business priorities while balancing multiple stakeholders, expectations, and constraints. Each group will then present their proposed strategy to the room, followed by a collaborative discussion and vote to determine the most compelling and practical solution. Expect to leave with - New perspectives on your alignment issues. - Practical ideas on what to do next. - Peer-tested approaches for tackling one of enablement’s toughest challenges.
