Amelia brings over fifteen years of experience in Customer Experience, Success and Operations, with a knack for developing strategic programs and building end-to-end enablement across the customer lifecycle. She is passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive significant improvements in retention, engagement, and operational efficiency for SaaS companies. Amelia currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Enablement Partner at Everlaw, where she has led complex change management initiatives spanning the customer journey from Onboarding to new technology adoption. Prior to this, she was the Customer Success Operations Manager at Addium, Inc., where she architected and managed multiple key system implementations. Amelia also held various roles at Sisense Ltd., including Program Manager, Customer Success at Scale, where she revitalized the NPS program and created a new digital-led onboarding process, setting new standards for digital engagement. When she's not optimizing the customer journey, Amelia is an avid scuba diver, an accidental collector of rubber ducks, and helps manage an immersive art collective. She lives in Oakland with her husband and dog.
