She excels at empowering teams and leaders to achieve business goals. As Head of GTM Field Enablement at Everlaw, Erin leads a skilled team that equips customer-facing teams and partners for success across the entire customer journey. She has held senior enablement roles at Lattice and Optimizely, where she was known for implementing sales methodologies, account planning, and rebuilding onboarding programs to drive growth. Erin also brings strategic sales experience from her time at FinancialForce and Standard & Poor’s Originally from Massachusetts, Erin lives in San Francisco with her husband, daughter, and their Border Collie/Aussie mix, Clementine. Outside of her professional life, she's an avid adventurer who enjoys exploring trails and slopes throughout the Western states.
