Gillian Matthes brings years of experience in sales, consulting, and enablement, with a strong focus on building strategic programs and driving sales performance. She is an emerging data-driven leader who is passionate about leveraging modern tools and a collaborative approach to create scalable enablement initiatives. Gillian currently serves as a Senior Sales Enablement Associate at Everlaw, where she focuses on optimizing go-to-market strategies and supporting revenue-generating teams. Her recent work includes leading key enablement initiatives and operationalizing frameworks for cross-functional sales teams. Prior to joining Everlaw, Gillian worked in nonprofit development for several organizations in the Pacific Northwest, advising on fundraising strategy and event planning and execution. She began her go-to-market career in sales, starting in the Sales Development Representative role at Everlaw where she consistently exceeded pipeline targets before joining the enablement team. Gillian is passionate about mentorship and leadership and is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and leveraging data to empower individuals and teams. In addition to her Enablement role, she also serves as the Chair for the Women’s Employee Resource Group at Everlaw. Gillian holds a B.A. in Sociology from the Occidental College, and is based in San Francisco, CA.
