Motive
Laura is entering her third year leading GTM Enablement for the Americas region. Her team is responsible for programs from onboarding through tenured rep learning stages aligned to North America and LATAM across key verticals. From launching experiential training initiatives to fostering strategic partnerships with stakeholders, the Qualtrics Enablement Team strives to build career-defining learning experiences. Prior to her Qualtrics tenure, Laura started her career as an SDR at Salesforce in 2010 before moving into Sales Development Programs and Enablement roles en route to architecting global SDR & AE Onboarding & role-based learning journeys. She went on to lead the GTM Enablement practice at Planful for 2.5 years before joining Qualtrics. Laura is an Enablement enthusiast and is passionate about building strong relationships with cross-functional partners. Some of her favorite areas of focus include prospecting, onboarding programs, and sales methodologies. Prior to her SaaS days she was a Division I Softball player and coach at University of the Pacific and Stanford University. She lives in Granite Bay, CA with her husband Jamie and three kids, Abbie, Logan and Jack.
