Workshop: Building cross-functional playbooks across the revenue organization
As revenue spans sales, customer success, presales, and partners, sales-only enablement is no longer enough. Growth now depends on how well these teams execute together across the customer lifecycle. In many organizations, enablement is still fragmented by function, leading to inconsistent messaging, weak handoffs, and lost expansion opportunities. This workshop explores how to build cross-functional playbooks that align the full revenue engine. Instead of enabling teams in isolation, organizations are connecting sales, CS, presales, and partners around shared journeys and coordinated execution. Participants will learn how to design enablement that improves handoffs, aligns messaging, and drives consistent execution across the customer lifecycle. Attendees will learn: • Why siloed enablement limits revenue impact • What cross-functional playbooks look like in practice • How to align teams across the revenue organisation • How to improve handoffs and consistency The outcome is a practical approach to shifting from fragmented enablement to a connected, cross-functional system that supports revenue growth.
