Workshop: Teaching discovery by NOT teaching discovery - Experience It, then break It down
What does a stolen recipe in a small town have to do with your sales team's discovery calls? More than you'd think. Great discovery isn't a script, it's a skill. And skills aren't built by slides. The best way to teach salespeople how to do discovery isn't to tell them, it's to put them in a room with incomplete information, a ticking clock, and a mystery to solve. In this session, you'll experience that firsthand. We'll run a live facilitated exercise, debrief the learning, and then pull back the curtain: how this exercise was built, how it anchored a half-day Discovery training, and how you can bring the same approach to your own enablement programs. Leave with a framework you can steal, a methodology you can adapt, and a very strong opinion about ceramic roosters.
