Helga
Simixhiu
Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist
Personio
Helga began her career as an Account Executive, driven by a passion for sales and helping customers succeed. Early on, she discovered that her greatest impact came from supporting fellow AEs—helping them develop skills, build confidence, and achieve results more quickly. That force-multiplier effect inspired her transition into enablement and remains at the heart of what she enjoys most about her work today. Known for stepping into gaps, connecting the dots, and building meaningful solutions, Helga brings a people-first approach to both enablement and workplace culture. Throughout her career, she has actively contributed to or led culture initiatives at every company she has joined, most recently serving as Culture Lead for her company's Berlin office. For Helga, enablement and culture are closely connected: both are about equipping people to do their best work and ensuring their voices are represented where decisions are made. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, painting, training, and taking long walks.

Beyond everboarding: Building organizations that can't stop learning
Most organizations cracked everboarding. Learning is in the flow, reinforcement is built in. So why are execution gaps still showing up in the pipeline? The next frontier isn't embedding more learning. It's building organizations with a structural capacity to adapt, at scale, without depending on any single program or champion. This session explores what separates teams with a learning culture from teams with a learning operating system, and what it actually takes to make the shift. Walk away with a framework for designing for adaptability, not just retention, and a clearer picture of what "built to learn" looks like as a business capability.
