Lead Competitive Sales Enablement
Schindler Group
With 18 years at Schindler Group, Rafhael has built a diverse path across Export, Product Management, Business Development, and Sales Management before moving, over the past four years, into Product Marketing focused on Competitive Intelligence and Sales Enablement. That breadth is the core of his perspective, of arriving at Sales Enablement from hands-on Product Management and Front-line Sales experience. His approach is shaped most directly by his years in Sales Management, at a time when Sales Enablement wasn't yet a well defined discipline. Onboarding, product training, and coaching all fell to him directly, and that first-hand experience on how sales teams actually operate still drives how he works today, alongside a focus on bringing competitive intelligence directly into enablement, making sure sales teams aren't just trained on their own products, but equipped with a clear read on where they stand against the competition. Rafhael has an academic background in Economics, Trade and Logistics, lining up naturally with a career that has taken him across Brazil, Malaysia, China, the Philippines, and Germany. Speaking English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian, and having lived and worked across such different markets, shapes how he thinks about business for multi-market sales organizations.
