Bree
Giannelli
Head of Enablement
Tango
Bree Giannelli is a go-to-market enablement leader who builds functions from the ground up. She started in sales at iMatrix, working from account executive to managing the vertical, then moved into leadership enablement at Better Mortgage, where she built onboarding and continued education for managers, directors, and above. After leading enablement for government sales at LeoLabs, she joined Second Nature as its first enablement hire and grew the function into a five-person team spanning sales, implementation, CX, and customer enablement. There she launched a company-wide onboarding program that ran 120+ new hires through it, owned the enablement platform from procurement through adoption, and was a key stakeholder in the go-to-market rollout of a $75 million strategic partnership. She is now Head of Sales Enablement at Tango Analytics. Bree believes enablement earns its seat at the table through strategic alignment and business understanding, not by producing more training.

Panel | The strategic enablement journey: Part 2 - Earning a seat at the executive table
Building a strategic enablement function is only half the challenge—the other half is ensuring the business recognizes it. To earn a seat at the executive table, enablement leaders must be able to communicate their value, influence key stakeholders, and demonstrate how their initiatives contribute to wider business goals. In the second session of this two-part masterclass, you'll learn how to position enablement as a trusted strategic partner rather than a tactical support function. Discover practical approaches for building executive relationships, communicating business impact, and creating the visibility needed to influence decision-making at the highest level. Attendees will learn how to: - Position enablement as a strategic partner to sales and executive leadership. - Communicate the impact of enablement using business-focused metrics and outcomes. - Build credibility and influence with key stakeholders across the organization. - Demonstrate the strategic value of enablement to secure greater buy-in, investment, and executive support.
