Kiersten
Kaye
Global GTM Content & Sales Readiness Leader
Dassault Systèmes
Kiersten's education spans undergraduate work in Business Communications from the University of Rhode Island, continuing education in Alternative Dispute Resolution, being a trained Mediator in the state of Massachusetts, and multiple certifications related to her career. Kiersten has been sought as a speaker, judge, and coach for professional organizations, negotiations, meeting facilitation, and any other place where communication skills are essential to success. Today, as Worldwide leader of ENOVIA Brand Sales Enablement & Learning, Kiersten uses her unique mix of talent development, business acumen, sales operations, and SaaS skills to transform the Enablement landscape at Dassault Systèmes. While Kiersten has spent a career figuring out how to enable performance, she knows that experience is the best teacher of all. She credits her ability to work seamlessly in team environments to two things: 1) years racing sailboats as part of a 12-person crew , and 2) living and working overseas. Sailing taught her how to be part of an efficient machine that is only great when everyone works in one fluid motion, and her time overseas taught her the humility of struggling to succeed in a place where you are different.
