Ali Akhtar is co-founder & CEO of Letter AI, the world’s first sales enablement platform powered natively by generative AI. Letter AI enables sales teams to build and maintain personalized collateral and interactive training 10X faster, with workflows to provide real-time help and AI-powered coaching. Before starting Letter AI, Ali was Product VP for the Data Products & ML vertical at project44, where he launched 4 new SaaS products contributing millions to ARR. Ali worked closely with the sales team to drive revenue traction for the products he launched, building a deep appreciation of the challenges in sales enablement. Before project44, Ali was Engineering Director for machine learning at Samsara (NYSE: IOT), where he built out the data & AI org from the ground up and earned 8 patents for his innovations in AI. Earlier in his career, Ali was a consultant at McKinsey advising Fortune 500 clients on AI topics. Outside of work, Ali enjoys running, finding a great podcast to listen to (currently addicted to Hard Fork), and teaching his 2 year old how to play basketball.
