Anca van der Linden is a global Sales Enablement leader with a proven track record of designing scalable, tech-forward programs that reduce ramp time, improve productivity, and drive measurable revenue impact. As Director of Global Sales Enablement at Onit, she aligns training with business goals, supports product launches, and builds a strong coaching culture through frontline manager enablement. She is especially passionate about integrating AI into sales workflows — from real-time objection handling and intelligent coaching nudges to embedding agentic AI that supports reps with task execution and frees them up for high-value customer engagement. Her focus is on enabling smarter, faster selling through automation and in-the-flow guidance. Prior to Onit, she led global enablement programs at Coursera, Sovos, and SPS Commerce. She brings a collaborative, coach-like approach to cross-functional partnerships across Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success. Above all, Anca sees enablement as a strategic growth lever — grounded in data, powered by automation, and centered on helping teams succeed in a fast-moving world.

Roundtable discussions: Tackling enablement challenges
This session provides you with a unique opportunity to share insights, strategies, and collective wisdom on overcoming the unique challenges faced by enablement leaders in a dynamic business landscape. There will be 5 tables, one topic per table. Choose the topic you're keen to collaborate on and spend 30 minutes discussing as a group. For the final 15 minutes each table will get the chance to feedback their findings and key takeaways to the room.
