Becky Eldridge is on the Business Training and Development team at TikTok, where she partners with Sales Leaders to develop enablement programs that help Enterprise sales teams learn, grow and thrive at TikTok. For the past two years at TikTok, Becky has developed and delivered learning ranging from onboarding, "How to Make a TikTok for your clients" and client enablement sessions. She especially enjoys finding opportunities to "inspire creativity and bring joy" by incorporating the tenets of improv comedy, YesAnd into the world of adtech. Becky is thrilled to be at the Sales Enablement Summit, and is learning right along with all of you. Becky lives in Andersonville, enjoys performing improv comedy and garage sales.
