Previously, he held various strategy, sales, marketing and operations leadership positions at Docusign, Google, American Express, and others, as well as serving as a board member at Kaplan too. Throughout his career, he has been an outstanding, world-renowned leader, with an impressive background leveraging AI capabilities to drive change, developing new product offerings, and transforming go-to-market (GTM) strategy. He is recognized as a leading global expert in GTM and technology transformation with 20+ years of experience, primarily in the cloud/software technology and digital payments industries. He regularly publishes articles, produces podcasts and is a keynote speaker at many conference events.

The future of enablement is gen AI-powered
This session will focus on the current and future opportunities to leverage generative AI technologies in every aspect of enablement including: devising strategy, creating content, personalizing user experiences, targeting learning based on individual gaps, bringing practice to the forefront of behavior change, and building strong data-driven stories. Specific use cases for genAI will be presented to educate on what works well and what doesn't perform as expected.
