Enablement in 2027 and beyond
Most enablement leaders are still figuring out how to use AI. Daniel has moved past that question entirely. He just built an AI team inside his enablement org — robots and agents working alongside humans as part of the function itself. This session is his unfiltered account of what that actually looks like. What the team does. Where AI handles the work and where it can't. And what it forces you to rethink about the function you're running. If you're wondering what the enablement org of 2027 looks like, this is the closest thing to a live preview. Key takeaways: - Identify the roles in your enablement org that AI agents could own within the next 18 months - Make the structural and leadership decisions involved in building an AI team before someone else in your org makes them for you - Walk away with the one decision to make in the next 90 days if you want your org to look like this by 2027
