Enablement as change management: Driving internal growth with your very own certification
Not another tool!  That’s what the field thinks when enablement starts talking about the latest addition to the techstack.  They are overloaded and overwhelmed at the best of times, and even more so now.  So how do you drive adoption and motivation to get people on-board… and get on-board fast?  At the heart of enablement is change management: you want your field to behave differently (and better). In our case, we had a tool that increased deal sizes by over 80%, but not everyone was using it.  We had to create cross-functional buy-in, get the field’s attention, and prove our value to each stakeholder. We’ll share how we turned possibilities into execution with our homegrown certification program and got 400+ team members certified as social sellers in the first year. No matter what initiative you are working on, you can build a structured program that drives meaningful outcomes, instead of just creating more boxes to check. You’ll walk away with the: - Process to define an internal certification that acts as a change management tool - Three ingredients that set your program up for success or failure before you even start - Keys to build cross-functional buy-in - Launch plan that turns potential opportunities into field execution - Steps to keep interest and engagement coming after Day 1.
