She began her career as a developer, focusing on SQL and database technology, and has consistently maintained her technical expertise. Her enthusiasm for technology propelled her into various technical roles within software companies. Initially starting in technical sales, Debra expressed a desire for continuous product updates, which led her to be invited to lead the product team. Her ongoing client visits became a catalyst for shaping the product roadmaps. Always seeking diverse challenges, Debra recognized that a start-up would be her next venture. She experienced a successful IPO, an experience that instilled in her the values of tenacity and teamwork. Today, Debra is fortunate to work at one of the largest software companies in the world, where she has the opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Roundtable discussions: Tackling enablement challenges
