Deb Jenson leads the Revenue Enablement team, which is dedicated to enhancing the skills of IBM's sales and technical sales teams, as well as our business partners. In this role, she ensures that the sales teams have the necessary knowledge, tools, and processes to deliver technology solutions that align with the business needs of IBM clients. Deb began her career as a developer at a Fortune 100 company, quickly becoming captivated by the fast-paced world of high-tech companies. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles in different organizations, focusing on development, sales, technical sales, and product management. This diverse experience reflects her desire to continually learn new skills and embrace the challenges associated with launching new lines of business. Deb has extensive experience in the software industry working with startups through Fortune 100 companies. Her more than two decades of experience in software, with a specialization in Data and AI, have allowed her to continually stay focused on leading-edge technology. Prior to working in the commercial software industry, she was a developer working for an airline and insurance company giving her real-world experience to draw from. When Deb’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her many hobbies including gardening, hiking, and renovating her 1840’s historic home.

Roundtable discussions: Tackling enablement challenges
This session provides you with a unique opportunity to share insights, strategies, and collective wisdom on overcoming the unique challenges faced by enablement leaders in a dynamic business landscape.
