Devon Anthony has built her career in Financial Services, bringing her expertise in sales development and passion for coaching to Morningstar in 2019 as a Program Manager for Sales Enablement. Her dedication led to her promotion in 2022 to Director of the Sales Enablement and Learning team, where she now focuses on developing a scalable curriculum that prioritizes impactful learning and growth. Devon is also deeply committed to her community, volunteering as a Client Advocate with Administer Justice, a legal aid organization supporting those in need of legal guidance. She is currently completing her master’s in strategy, leadership, and management at Michigan State University, with graduation set for spring 2025. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Devon loves traveling, going to concerts, practicing yoga, and exploring Chicago’s cultural scene with her husband, Rob, and their dogs, Tonka Truck and Sedona.
