Devon Anthony has spent her entire career in Financial Services. With a tenured background in the industry, she brought her experience developing sales and passion for coaching others to Morningstar in 2019 as a Program Manager for Sales Enablement. In April this year, Devon was promoted to Director of the Sales Enablement and Learning team. In her current position, her primary focus revolves around the development of a scalable curriculum, with a strong emphasis on creating a meaningful impact. Outside of Morningstar, Devon volunteers as a coach and member of the board of directors for Near West Little League, a non-profit geared at empowering youth through baseball on the west side of Chicago. She also dedicates her time as a Client Advocate with Administer Justice, a legal aid ministry providing services to those who cannot afford an attorney or lack support navigating the legal system. When not serving the Chicago community, Devon enjoys concerts, yoga, and exploring all the cultures of Chicago with her husband Rob and dog Tonka Truck.
