Heather Krueger is the Director of Revenue Enablement at JLL Consulting. She has over 18 years of experience in driving commercial growth (including roles in sales, account management and enablement). While Heather held individual sales contributor roles for most of her career, she began her transition into enablement 3 years ago to make an impact on the broader commercial organization and to help others further their sales acumen. During this time, she has revamped new hire onboarding programs, built certification programs, launched new products, developed GTM strategies, increased adoption of the sales tech stack, and more. She is excited to be serving at JLL in a Revenue Enablement capacity to focus more on growth strategies and execution to continue to grow her career.
