Mikaela
Lentz
Head, Sales Enablement
BluWave
Mikaela is fascinated by how people make decisions and what ACTUALLY drives action. Throughout her career, Mikaela's become increasingly interested in a broader question: why do some organizations consistently execute while others struggle to translate ambition into results? The answer rarely lives in strategy alone. It lives in alignment, incentives, behaviors, and the systems that shape decision-making at scale. That’s where Mikaela focuses her work: helping organizations bridge the gap between what they aspire to achieve and what actually happens in the field. Strategy means nothing until it can be operationalized.

Coaching through accountability: The “so what” behind enablement & RevOps working as one system
Accountability is easy to talk about and hard to build well. The core challenge is knowing exactly what to hold a rep (+ manager) accountable to. Enablement teams are rarely tied to a revenue goal, so shifting “rep adoption” from completion rates to live behavior change/results is where enablement actually wins. Rep scorecards solve this by blending activity, deal quality, pipeline health, results, methodology, and tool usage, all in one view. That mix separates what a rep controls from what they don’t, so effort goes where the numbers move and adoption happens naturally. Then, there’s the manager scorecard: an aggregated rollup of every rep score within their team, giving leadership the same prevision to coach managers that managers use to coach reps. Coaching doesn’t stop at manager-to-rep, and this approach creates an actionable environment where everyone is consistently learning, changing, and improving. I’m a firm believer in actionable takeaways, so here’s what you can expect post-session: - Scorecard framework (Rep + manager) - Conversation starter for your org - “Where to start” checklist
