Human-centered development: Coaching the skills AI can never replace
As AI transforms selling, the most important differentiator is not the technologies we use. It is the human capabilities managers develop within their teams. In this session, we’ll explore how enablement leaders can equip frontline managers to coach the skills AI cannot replace: judgment, communication, curiosity, adaptability, and presence. For example, when AI can instantly generate a prospecting email or pitch deck, managers must learn to coach reps on whether the message demonstrates strategic thinking, customer understanding, and sound prioritization. We’ll unpack how AI both accelerates and complicates rep development, share practical ways managers can use AI to coach more effectively, and introduce the critical questions every sales manager should be asking their reps right now. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas to improve manager effectiveness, strengthen rep retention, and build more resilient sales teams in an AI-driven world.
