Today, she oversees business development, proposal management, and enablement teams to increase brand awareness, market penetration, and sales productivity and efficiency. She brings 18 years of experience building talent development and enablement programs, teams, and functions with a reputation for innovative and pragmatic solutions. Stephanie is passionate about the art and science of sales and developing high-performing teams with a strong focus on fostering talent. She considers herself a “collaborator” across the business, eager to lead and connect people to align on objectives and identify best practices to accelerate sales velocity, as well as gaps in knowledge or in achieving process excellence. This session provides you with a unique opportunity to share insights, strategies, and collective wisdom on overcoming the unique challenges faced by enablement leaders in a dynamic business landscape. There will be 5 tables, one topic per table. Choose the topic you're keen to collaborate on and spend 30 minutes discussing as a group.
