Tierney Steele is an education specialist in the ad tech and digital marketing industry, currently leading product education at Netflix Ads. She works with a wide range of professionals, including sales teams, client service managers, product managers, ad operations, agency and brand teams, and programmatic traders. With over fifteen years of experience at companies like Snapchat, The Trade Desk, Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), AOL, and Apple, Tierney has developed and implemented training programs from scratch. Her work demonstrates that effective education can significantly enhance business outcomes. Tierney's approach focuses on creating practical learning solutions for organizations and their teams. She has a strong track record in educating sales teams, technical support staff, and clients, using adult learning theory and micro-training techniques to craft content that is clear and accessible to all types of learners. Outside of her professional endeavors, Tierney resides in New Jersey with her not-so-silent dog, Charlie Chaplin, two cats, bird, and her supportive partner.
