Leadership coaching unlocked: Driving performance without micromanaging
Sales leaders wear multiple hats - mentor, strategist, motivator, and sometimes even problem-solver. But one of the most critical and often misunderstood roles is that of a coach. Knowing when to step into coaching mode - and when to step back - is essential for driving performance without micromanaging. This session will explore the key moments when coaching is most effective and when other leadership approaches are more appropriate. We’ll also discuss how to introduce coaching to sales leaders in a way that is practical and sustainable, ensuring they embrace it as a tool for empowerment rather than an added responsibility. Attendees will walk away with actionable strategies for integrating coaching into their leadership style, fostering accountability, and developing a high-performing sales team.
