Panel: Redesigning sales training for how reps actually learn
Traditional sales training is losing its impact - low engagement, low adoption, and content that feels disconnected from how reps learn today. This panel explores how modern enablement teams are rebuilding training around short-form content, smarter delivery, and formats that actually meet sellers where they are. You’ll learn how leaders are: • Moving from long-form webinars to fast, UGC-style, multimodal training reps actually consume • Designing training ecosystems that work across sales, channel, and partner teams • Measuring training impact in a world where attention is short and expectations are high If you’re rethinking your sales training strategy, this session will show what’s working now and what needs to be left behind.
