David
O'Neal
Director of Sales Training
Integra LifeSciences
David O’Neal has spent his career championing technology as a way to improve performance. He sees learning and self-improvement as lifelong pursuits, and believes technology plays a key role in speeding up how quickly people can learn. For David, learning is driven by responding to feedback on past outcomes. Technology makes that cycle faster: outcomes become visible sooner and the lag before feedback arrives gets shorter, so the chances to learn come around more often. What he enjoys most is finding new ways to use technology to help others learn.
