Elisa
Torres
Director of Commercial Education
Johnson & Johnson
Elisa Torres is an enterprise healthcare sales leader at J&J/Ethicon with more than a decade of quota ownership across sales and marketing. She also brings senior experience designing and scaling go-to-market systems for complex, regulated technologies, from leading enterprise deals end to end to owning the forecast. Elisa has a strong track record selling into health systems, IDNs, teaching hospitals and academic medical centres. She knows how to navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, regulatory constraints and the trust barriers that slow adoption, and she is adept at turning advanced technology into the business outcomes executives care about, with a focus on responsible adoption and realising value. Across six years of direct enterprise quota ownership, she managed an $11M territory, hit quota six times and earned President’s Winner’s Circle three times. She has led complex competitive conversions and long-cycle deals, building pipeline, forecasting discipline and account plans across more than 35 major accounts. Whether stepping into a new function, business unit or country, Elisa has consistently delivered global growth and built strong, strategic teams. She relishes long-standing challenges and the chance to bring fresh thinking to them. Outside her day job, Elisa is passionate about helping others grow as people leaders. On her blog, elisaspeaks.com, she shares advice on leading high-performing teams with empathy, empowerment and collaboration.
