As the Sr Manager of Customer Success Enablement at Articulate, she has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, developing comprehensive training programs and implementing effective coaching strategies. As a former educator, trainer and consultant, she has deep expertise in learning and development and is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and equipping revenue professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to excel. Monique holds an M.Ed from UCLA and has completed additional course work in L&D, leadership and sales skills. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling with her family and friends, reading, camping and any excuse to try a new restaurant.
