Russ is an executive leader with deep experience driving B2B revenue and sales expansion for startups and emerging business units within global organizations. In his career to date, he has founded three startups; served as a General Manager scaling sales for Kaltura, as an SVP at marketing technology company HelloWorld, and as Chief Business Officer at Code Ocean; and is a Cisco Entrepreneur in Residence in emerging technology.

Who's a better coach, humans or AI? Insights from a year-long learning experiment
