Samantha's enthusiasm for enablement runs deep from her roots of being an individual contributor herself. Her passion for helping others led her continuously to mentor roles or being sought out for "curbside coaching" when in the field with team members or partners. She's been with DailyPay for over three years and began as a Sales Trainer. She is now the Head of GTM Enablement where her team's scope covers a wide variety of enablement functions that allow her to think critically about the organization, implement strategic programming and content, as well as be a steward of the business by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ultimately deliver the highest quality support for GTM roles.
