Taryn has always been the go-to person for career advice. In her early 20s, she was editing résumés, giving interview pep talks, and helping friends land jobs they were excited about. She even launched a short-lived blog - Careeristas - where she shared career tips and résumé edits. Without realising it at the time, that experience marked the start of a career rooted in growth, coaching, and helping others reach their potential. That instinct never left—only evolved. Today, Taryn is an enablement leader and certified executive coach who helps people and organisations grow. Over the years, she has led enablement, talent development, and operations functions within high-growth tech companies. She now partners with leaders at Plaid to solve problems, develop people, and drive business results.
