Rehmat Kharal is the Global Vice President of GTM Enablement at Harness. Prior to joining Harness, Rehm was Global Vice President of Enablement at BigPanda where she led Enterprise, Commercial, Customer, Partner and SDR enablement. Rehmat is a passionate seller who believes in connecting with and understanding the customer’s needs to create lasting value on all sides of the relationship. She trains teams to think like a buyer, sell like a consultant, and is highly metrics-driven. Rehmat believes community success means leading by example. Rehm has led the Women In Tech initiative at BigPanda and was a core team member of Women in Tech at Cisco and Rubrik. Previously, she was a tech mentor to underprivileged girls during her time at Cisco. She has been a troop leader for over 14 years for the Girl Scouts of America and also received the Drum Major President's Service Award from Barack Obama for her work with schools, police departments and hospitals in dispelling bias against minority communities, Rehm has won several awards for Sales and Enablement and is a recipient of the Silicon Valley Business Journal's Women of Influence award for 2021. Rehm resides in Silicon Valley with her husband and three daughters who she forces to go on hikes, runs and long bike rides which happen to be her go to down time activities.
