Berenice is the Head of Client Success at Bazaarvoice, where she leads a high-performing team of eight Customer Success Managers across enterprise, retail, mid-market, and SMB segments in Australia and India. A core member of the APAC Leadership team, she plays a key role in shaping and executing the region’s strategic objectives. Berenice owns the APAC Client Success OKR strategy, driving initiatives around churn forecasting, renewals, client advocacy, and partner engagement. She is known for building strong relationships both externally with key clients and internally across functions and regions.
