Daniel works in LinkedIn's 'Career Acceleration' team that delivers multi-month, cohort-based programs that support transformation at pivotal career inflection points - joining the company, reaching full productivity, moving into management.
Daniel believes that enablement teams require all-rounders to front programs: individuals with diverse skills across stakeholder engagement, sales best practice, learning program design, project management, coaching, facilitation, and more. Even within large companies with specialist support in areas like Instructional Design, Learning Tools, Measurement, Project Operations, and Experience Design, all-rounders need to form the rump of the enablement team.
Like many in enablement, Daniel's happy place is facilitating learning workshops. However, these days his main passion is coaching, and he spends a lot of time helping LinkedIn's leaders and high performers to coach effectively through scaled programs.
