Panel | CS x SE collab: Turning customer insights into enablement action
Presented jointly by Customer Success Collective and Sales Enablement Collective, this panel explores the powerful impact of aligning Customer Success with Sales Enablement. Learn how leading teams are transforming real customer insights - like feedback, usage patterns, and success metrics - into targeted enablement strategies that drive more relevant sales conversations, improve retention, and accelerate revenue growth. Join experts from both communities as they share practical frameworks, cross-functional wins, and actionable takeaways for turning insight into impact. Discussion will include: - Overcome confirmation bias by using curiosity to unpack customers’ true needs beyond what sales teams think they already know. - Bridge the gap between domain expertise and technical skills, and how developing both in tandem can better set customers up for success. - Coach teams to experiment more effectively, using design-thinking principles like empathy, prototyping, and feedback.
