Over the past decade at Oracle, she has led the delivery of enablement services with a team of 80+ professionals supporting over 12,000 sales roles across EMEA and JAPAC. Her expertise includes collaborating with senior executives on sales transformation programs, optimizing go-to-market execution, leading global sales kick offs, onboarding, skills development, sales methodology adoption, sales leadership, and coaching programs for inside sales and high-velocity teams, through to complex enterprise solution selling.
Prior to Oracle, Lisa spent over 12 years at Gartner in various sales leadership, operations, and change management roles across Asia Pacific. She has direct sales experience, managed reseller channels, and established new markets. Additionally, she founded her own sales performance consultancy to help multinational and mid-size enterprises grow in B2B markets.
Lisa excels in complex, diverse, and fast-paced organizations. She attributes her success to building strong business relationships, problem-solving, innovating, and driving measurable outcomes.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and playing tennis.
