As an Engineer, Adriana is process driven and practical in everything she does. And that is how she approach's Enablement. She has been in Enablement roles for over 7 years, where she has been part of teams that drove efficiency in Onboarding for a multinational corporation, she has started Enablement practices in 3 startups and now driving Innovation in Enablement for Salesforce. A maven by nature, Adriana thrives in sharing knowledge, experiences and best practices. She stumbled into sales by accident and stayed there as she loved how she could make being an Engineer and a Maven come together. She was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela and is a proud Latina with a cocktail of backgrounds within her. She came to Canada with a suitcase filled with goals and she is grateful for all she has accomplished. Sales Enablement Collective has recognized her as a Thought Leader and an Enabler of impact, as she shares her experiences and knowledge in several platforms like speaking engagements, workshops, podcasts and facilitation events.
