Currently, I-Wen leads Revenue Enablement at EZRA Coaching, where she supports the global Sales and Customer Success teams through performance consulting, enablement strategy, and operational excellence. Her team empowers client-facing professionals to deliver impactful results via coaching-led conversations, aligned processes, and data-informed decisions.
Previously, I-Wen led Sales Performance Consulting for LinkedIn’s North America Sales Solutions organization. Before that, she managed a global team of analysts at Salesforce, focusing on pipeline generation and progression across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
