Mia
Marie Parisotto
Senior Principal Global Sales Performance Enablement Lead
Oracle
Mia is a senior leader, keynote speaker, and career coach who builds bold, human-centered strategies that grow people and businesses. With nearly 20 years of experience leading global enablement, talent development, and operations, she specializes in creating learning and growth programs that actually stick—and the bonus is, they also scale. Mia has rolled out enterprise-wide initiatives, coached high-performing teams, and partnered with C-suite leaders to close skill gaps, drive revenue, and shape inclusive leadership pipelines. Whether in tech, retail, or financial services, she brings curiosity, clarity, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build high-impact, people-first organizations. Outside the 9 to 5, Mia speaks (often and loudly) about mental health, imposter syndrome, equity in leadership, and making bold career pivots, especially as a woman of color navigating executive spaces. She is a soon-to-be podcaster (with her good friend and partner) and a many-time guest, using storytelling to help people own their careers and lead with more courage.
