As OpenText’s Director of Cybersecurity Sales Enablement, Mike is responsible for global sales enablement for the Cybersecurity portfolio, as well as the underlying sales enablement tools and platforms across all OpenText. Mike originally joined a much smaller Toronto-based company called PlateSpin in 2008 as a Product Marketing Manager, and has successfully navigated a series of acquisitions and roles, holding product marketing and sales and technical enablement positions in IT operations, endpoint productivity, information management, and mainframe application management and connectivity. Prior to OpenText, Mike has held various technology marketing and product management roles in hardware, software, and services solutions. A lifelong early adopter and fan of technology, Mike has an English degree with a minor in computer science, and holds certifications in ITIL and Product Management. He lives in Mississauga with his fiancée and younger son. He gave up playing StarCraft when his older son began trouncing him regularly, but still enjoys skiing, tennis, scuba diving, photography, and scotch whisky.

Using AI to develop on-demand enablement content
Typically, enablement practitioners build content by consulting with SMEs; building out content, graphics, and scripts; narrating the scripts; and then publishing to the LMS. That’s a lot of individual effort to create even a single module. In this session, we’ll discuss using AI to: 1) Accelerate the time it takes to develop and publish content 2) Scale to be able to create more content more efficiently. 3) Localize to multiple languages.
