Nazley Vinson is the Director of Sales Operations at Export Development Canada (EDC), a Crown corporation in Ottawa. Her genuine interest in connecting with people, coupled with a logical and strategic mindset has allowed her to provide best-in-class operational support to sales and account management teams. Nazley's career began 20 years ago in the payments industry, and since joining EDC in 2022 her focus has been centered around the delivery of operational excellence by optimizing repetitive tasks, establishing standards for CRM usage and building a robust pipeline management and oversight program to support EDC's global growth objectives in Canada.
