Ray is a Sales Enablement Leader with over a decade of experience across B2B SaaS, Fintech, Ecommerce, and SaaS Advertising where he built data-driven programs that accelerate ramp, improve conversion, and deliver measurable revenue impact. His work has been recognized by the Sales Enablement Collective as part of the 2023 Enablement Team of the Year at Demandbase and by Gong with the Golden Gong Award for “The Innovator – Most Creative Use of Gong.” He most recently transitioned into a revenue-generating role as Director of Business Development, where he bridges enablement strategy with frontline execution to drive growth Born in Amman, Jordan, and raised near Toronto after moving to Canada in 1993, Ray is 39 years old and a proud father of four (ages 9, 7, 5, and 3). When he’s not discovering 2000s hits on Spotify, Ray is diving into non-fiction books, dabbling in photography, mountain biking, and shinny hockey.
