Craig Upton, MBA, is a results-driven sales management and commercial excellence leader with a proven track record of building high-performance teams, implementing sales systems, and driving double-digit revenue growth across industrial, technology, and infrastructure markets. As Global Director of Commercial Excellence for Spirax Sarco’s Electric Thermal Solutions (ETS) Group, he leads sales excellence initiatives across global brands including Chromalox, Vulcanic, Thermocoax, and Durex Industries, designing and deploying commercial frameworks that align teams across the Americas, EMEAI, and APAC. Previously, he led national and regional sales organizations at Crown Castle International, S.G. Morris (Applied Industrial), and Ritter Tech (MCE Automation), consistently delivering revenue growth, margin expansion, and significant operational efficiencies. Raised on a 300-acre beef farm in rural Western Pennsylvania, Craig brings a grounded, hands-on work ethic and an appreciation for operations, resource management, and accountability to every role he takes on. He holds an MBA from Penn State’s Black School of Business and a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University Park. Outside of work, Craig is a devoted husband to his PhD-educated wife Kristin (Organizational Leadership) and a proud father of two young children, as well as an avid golfer and bourbon enthusiast—interests that reflect his appreciation for precision, continuous improvement, and craftsmanship.

Roundtable discussions: Solving enablement’s biggest challenges
This session moves away from presentations and into open, peer-led conversation. Attendees will join small groups to tackle the unfiltered challenges that define real enablement work. Each table will focus on a different theme, giving you space to swap strategies, compare scars and learn from those facing the same battles. Roundtable topics include: 1. Learning Beyond Onboarding 2. Leadership Enablement 3. Driving adoption and behaviour change 4. Scaling programs with limited resources

Closing remarks
As the day concludes, the Chair will bring together the key threads from across the summit - scaling impact, enabling behaviour change, leveraging AI, partnering with RevOps, and redefining enablement’s strategic role. This final session offers a moment to reflect on the conversations, frameworks and challenges shared, and to translate them into action beyond the room. Attendees will be invited to leave not just with notes, but with renewed conviction in enablement’s opportunity to shape how revenue teams learn, operate and win.
