Kristen Kessler leads Revenue Operations for Capital One Software, Capital One’s enterprise B2B software business dedicated to providing data management solutions for companies operating in the cloud. As a founding member of Capital One Software, Kristen was a key strategist in building the business from zero to one. As head of RevOps, she continues to drive growth through operational efficiency across sales, customer success, and customer support. Her team is dedicated to enhancing business intelligence, optimizing sales systems, refining processes, and providing training and enablement for customer-facing roles. Kristen is a skilled leader and expert problem solver with extensive experience enabling businesses to scale. With experience in both startups and large corporations, she has honed her expertise across diverse functions including sales, enterprise technology, and talent acquisition to name a few. Kristen is passionate about inspiring people of all ages to think creatively. She’s a former Adjunct Professor and Capstone Advisor for Georgetown University, and remains an active volunteer with Odyssey of the Mind™. A graduate of Virginia Tech where she earned an MBA in 2009 and a bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2004, Kristen resides in Ashburn, VA with her husband and two sons.
