Madeleine is an accomplished go-to-market enablement leader with extensive experience shaping global programs across sales and talent solutions. Currently Director of GTM Enablement Global Programs at LinkedIn, she has led strategic initiatives that upskill teams, drive field readiness, and align enablement to business priorities at scale. Throughout her tenure at LinkedIn, she has held key leadership roles, including Head of GTM Enablement for North America and Global Programs, where she partnered cross-functionally to deliver impact through skill development, coaching frameworks, product launch readiness, and enablement operations. Prior to LinkedIn, Madeleine led commercial enablement at Flexera, where she supported the CRO in executing a new go-to-market strategy - building sales messaging, rolling out methodology and coaching programs, and designing onboarding experiences for new hires.
